Pitching Bullies

Bill James has an online study looking at how pitchers do against weak and good teams. Those that fatten up against the weak teams he refers to as "Bullies." The best pitchers in the last 50 years agains good teams were Ford, Koufax, and Saberhagen. The biggest bully was Morris. He was 22 games under .500 against 1st division teams, but was 91 games over .500 against 2nd division clubs.
