Bing cashback no longer working! RESOLVED

After logging into both Bing and Ebay no cashback logo! Tried number of times, same result. Working for anyone else?

Problem: Search word "Wii" no longer good. I used "one ounce gold" to get it to show "Save 8% at ebay" before doing the search.

I have noticed this for me everytime I use cashback. If I already have the money in paypal when I pay it's instant. If it has to be pulled from a bank account then I have to wait the 60 days. Everytime it's been this way for me.
