Why?

A rhetorical question. Here are some photos of a set of coins I used to own, but I sold. When I look at these photos, I ask myself "why", uncertain of what I even mean by the question.
It's sort of interesting to see the differences in the frost between the coins; they are all raw. Only a few I purchased directly from the mint. The rest were eBay or coin-store purchases. Then I sold 'em on eBay. I don't really miss 'em. But I sort of wish I had kept just one. Oh well; easily corrected, but not on my priority list.
