Ron Artest memorabilia

Ron still hasn't sold his house up here near Sacramento. Now being marketed as an active short sale. He paid $1.85m in 2006 with a $1.4m loan. It's now being offered at $1.15m but not sold. Probably worth about a mil. It's a nice, gated, horse community, just off highway 80, about 20 miles east of Sac. His house is 6,500 sq on 5 acres. Anyway, here is some info if you are interested:

    See transaction below. Kenny bought at almost the exact day the market peaked in Sac (August 2005). Thus his $789k is probably worth less than $400k. Zillow says $450k but that's high.
