New Collecting Focus

With the NBA playoffs here, I am into basketball more than usual. I've always liked nameplate memorabilia, so I decided to pick one up a couple of weeks ago. What do you think?

    I usually don't like these manufactured patches (not really game worn), but for the price I was happy. It's amazing how inexpensive an autographed card #/10 can be!

    Here's a real patch that I really like. The other jerseys on the card are nice, too. Picked it up for a song!!

    Understood. But if you ever do post them up on a different forum I would definetly be ineterestead in that Kidd...

    I think trying to complete the set would be impossible, because there is a Jason Kidd colector who owns the letter "K" but it sure would be sweet!

    Slightly off topic, I found the words "New Collecting Focus" very chilling.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    That type of COA is pretty much standard now. They used to specify what type of event and some would say from which team the jersey was from or have a picture of it but no more.
