Help Needed 1878-S Morgan Vam 38

Hi , Thanks for any help you can give me . I have what I think is a 1878-s Morgan Vam 38 . Vamworld lists Vam 38 as under study . My coin PCGS MS-63 shows a raised dot across from Libertys eye just in the hair ( not stated info on Vam 38 ) . The reverse shows a lump on the F in ( OF ) .
