Finally finished my 1960 Topps BB set...and my 100th post!!!!

Just wanted to celebrate a little with you guys and let you know that after 10 years, I have finally finished my 1960 Topps BB set. It seems like I would start back on it and stop. Have some extra cash to get a few more cards and Burgandy would post some cards for sell that I couldn't pass up (thanks Ron). I made my mind up at the first of the year that I was going to finish it by this summer. Well thanks to some card shows, fellow board members and fleabay, I have done it. I have about 60 cards graded and the rest are raw. Now need to upgrade some of the raw cards to get it to Ex/Mt+ to NM. I have scanned some of the graded cards for everyone. I wish I could celebrate with my family but my three girls (including the wife) do not understand the signifcance. By the way, this is my 100th post......yoo hoo.

Congrats on a completing a decade-long endeavor. Love the design on the all-star cards from that year.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Thanks guys. Only a true collector can understand the sense of accomplishment.

Next set, working on about 10 others. That's one reason that it has taken me so long on the 60 set.. I will probably try and finish my 59 set. about 75% of the way complete. Have made some really good buys on a few really nice lots lots over the last year.
