Why no seperate pops for all secure plus coins?

I think it might be useful to know how many coins that are secure plus graded didnt get the plus and not just the ones that did.
If I see in the + pops a 5 it dosent really tell me a lot unless I also know the number that didnt.
Was it 5 out of 100 or was it 5 out of 10.
