Prices have gone up considerably from last year for the US-Philippines side in the 2012 Red Book. Anyone seen them? Any thoughts?

I haven't looked- I think it is a condition thing- but there are some real sharp collectors for Philippines material here that will comment.

I just started getting into them recently and I could never find MS examples anywhere near the RedBook prices... folks must have been using a different guide already.
