Do you have to be a member to

Send in something for a review? Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times. I couldn't find anything by doing a search.

Heres my situation. I bought a card off ebay about a year ago and it was assigned an authentic grade. I bought it just to have it, but now it has been added to the master set I am working on. Its a box bottom and when I look at it everything lines up. The line is there and corners are great, and no creases that I can see. I am not a member but would like to send it in to see if it would get a number grade now.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'd email them and ask first. I'm no expert in the box top area AT ALL, but it might be that it only got an 'authentic' grade due to the way it was cut from the box, and no review will change that.

EDIT: That being said, it's my understanding you have to be a member to send in ANYTHING.

About 1.5 years ago, I called PSA customer service about the same thing. They told me that I didn't have to be a member. I believe they mail me a blank form to fill out when sending the card back for review. I never bothered, because the cost to ship and insure the card both ways didn't make sense given the lower value of the card.

In any event, I would just call PSA customer service.

Post a good scan and it will probably save you from needing to send the card away. If the card had 4 lines for borders you need to see traces of the line on all 4 sides.
