The lower portion I really don't know about "УНРАШЕНIЕ".. Ukrainian has an I like the second to last letter, and I'm pretty sure Russia used it too before the 1918 reforms.. bah.. let's just wait for someone who knows russian beyond the phrase book

Hmm.. found my pocket dictionary, but that's no help I'm afraid. Googling unrashenie in cyrillic gets zero results, chopping it back to УНРАШЕН (removing conjugation) gets a few results, but interestingly enough, they're all for hits on that word in old books, pre-reform, pre-commie. So I guess that's an obsolete term whatever it is, or else something specific to and lost in the czarist era.
