Nice vintage "find" yesterday. Orleans, MA cardshop

Stopped into the cardshop in Orleans yesterday afternoon and taked to Dennis the owner. (Zep/Mike has been there many time before)

I looked into his case and saw a nice display of 55-59 baseball Clemente RC (Horribly off center), Koufax RC or 2nd year (Forgot because of the Clemenete's and Mantles) a bunch of mantle subset cards, A Bill Russell RC (Crappy centering with 1 "bad" corner) , 3 Jimmy Brown RC with 1 that was very nice looking. They were from an old time collector in the next town and were never kept properly.

He also has hundreds of commons to sort through.

Dennis said he was joinging PSA to send some of the cards in for grading.

I told him to join here at the forums, take some high quality scans and get some opinions on the best cards to submit. I showed him a couple of posts and the wealth of information here.

I hope he joins and shows off the cards because it was really nice seeing them in person and maybe you vintage guys can give him some good advice.

If I get a chance to get down there this weekend I will bring my camera and take picks for myself and share them.

Very cool shop in Orleans. It's called The Baseball Shop and Dennis is a really nice guy. I need to get back up there again soon.

    pre-welcome to Dennis joining here

I go to the Cape a few times during the Summer, I will check the shop out. It sounds like a cool place to look around.
