Every now and then a can't miss opportunity presents itself. I won the auction, but it didn't meet the seller's reserve. The seller offered a BIN price to me equal to my winning (but too low) bid. Net result, with Bing Cashback, Ebay Bucks and my CC rebate, I get the PCGS MS70 Jefferson Liberty for $550!
