Review question

I tried looking this up in older posts but no one could seem to find a certain answer so....if a card does not bump in a review sub, does it still receive the new cert slip or do they just send your card back as is?

    In all of my experience, you get the card back as is. But the real answer is: there is no answer; because people have gotten them back reholdered and everything with no reason why. Some think PSA broke it out to bump the grade and then had second thoughts.

    I was under this impression. At first they were not going to reholder those reviews that did not bump.

    After a few days Joe came on and stated that they would. The reason you could not find any threads regarding

    this is because they were not in this forum. Search the registry forum and there you will find the info you want.
