How do you request a review before they ship?? WITH POPPAGE

My March Sub just popped and looks pretty damn stout, but I have a few cards that are puzzling.

Is it as simple as emailing them or should I call?

EDIT: Thought I might as well add the results here. Pretty stout, except I didn't do as well on the cello crack as I had hoped. The ones marked with an asterisk were from the crack.

    Agreed. Talk to customer service and state your concerns. I do this whenever they mislabel a card (like my PSA 9 Schmidt RC that was labeled as the wrong card). That way they can correct it without having to go through another round of shipments back and forth. This is why I always scrub my grades as soon as they post. I'd like the thrill of learning the grades as I open the boxes of cards after I receive them, but I'd rather see the grades early and avoid the hassle of shipping back the mechanical errors.

    well i am never lucky enough to get that call in before they send it out to me. seems like the package is always in the mail to be at the time they post the sub results.

    Nice grades overall - I am a little shocked that you didn't get one 10 from cello image
    Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

    Yeah, I had higher hopes for the Hunter especially. Also, the Royals Rookies was centered just good enough for an 8 but I think they saw it differently.

    Very impressive!!! Congrats on the two checklists, very tough indeed. The Jackson AS card is reason to celebrate. But the cream of the crop is the last card in the sub.......................PSA-9 on the Seattle Pilots team card - that's a big SCORE!!!

    Mechanical errors they'll fix if they catch before they ship.
    Grade reviews, I don't think they'll do that. You'll need to send them back on a new sub with a new fee.

    Yeah, what I was hoping they would do is look at 1-2 of the ones from the sub. The 7 on the Royals rookies just doesn't work for me (LOL), nor does the 8 on the Hunter.

    But, that being said, 2 tough checklists in 8, 2 tough AS cards in 8, and 11 9's including the Pilots team - I should really STFU and enjoy the poppage.

    About 50/50.. Some are definitely filling the set, some are upgrades, and some will feed my habit. image

    Did ya get this sub back yet? Are pics on the way? If you plan on moving any of those, I've got my eye on two of them. Additionally, I'd love the PSA-9 Pilots team card, but I probably couldn't offer you what you'd want for it - especially since I've got it in PSA-8. That was awesome for you!!
