Yes, the seller has good feedback. BUT- I can't see a date or anything else that shows those dimes are 2009-D business strikes...

Bad photos = no bid from cmerlo1

    cmerlo1,

Thank you. Here's another seller with the same photo, offering the same coin. Prices range from $50-200.

Judging by the sellers feedback, I would say that they are real.

An Auction is an Auction and no returns is perfectly fine by me as this is an AUCTION!

Both sellers from Louisiana for what it's worth.

FWIW, here's an exchange I had with one of the two sellers noted in the OP.

<< <i>My friends tell me that the 2009 d dime business strike has not been issued. Are you sure that is what you have? >>

    << <i>YES... I am the first to get them... Thanks Eric - gyspyspirit2 >>

As I became "curiouser and curiouser," I bought a roll from redneck yesterday. Maybe I'll get lucky...

  • His feedback is far more important than his pictures.

Picturing dates and mintmarks on rolled coins is difficult at best.

  • Just received a roll. They're real. Bad marketing as the first 2 guys to get them, listed BIN's at $50. So they set a ceiling on their own market. The first rolls should've brought a few hundred each like the "P" did.

Looks like some of the sellers have a lot! They will hopefully start to get more common.
I could use a handful for our books but am not going to pay that much for a roll.

I am glad to see that somebody has finally seen them. I don't want a roll, I just want one nice one for my collection.

Billy... that makes two of us! (actually, FOUR, since my kids want ne for each of their folders, too..................)

Wonder when they'll finally dribble-down to the common collector.....image

Got 'em. Not only that, but a set of 2010 Lincoln cents to boot as a bonus. I received these from redneck-stuff-for-u (David Medica in Louisianna). I am awaiting a set from gypsyspirit2 which I purchased later and which I no longer have any doubts about.

  • I ordered three rolls of the 2009-D dimes from redneck-stuff-for-u (David Medica in Louisianna) and the USPS says they are on the way. I hope they are right!

I dont get it why would the mint be putting out 2009 dimes in 2010?
  • BXBOY143BXBOY143 Posts: 1,110 ✭✭
the same reason car makers put out cars from 2011 in 2010

    Mint isn't. Treasury is.

Maybe they're going to hold some for something like a GSA sale.
