I just received mine today from the mint.. I was thinking of sending them in to PCGS using my Collectors Club Voucher. Then I noticed the "Special Issue" Exclusion. Do these Coins fall under that exclusion? And would it even be worth it as far as a coin that might have some future potential appreciation? Thanks in advance, Nemo

These are not "Special Issue" coins but Modern Commemoratives. (Did I spell that correctly?)

As for the PCGS voucher, if you have a voucher for a single coin I don;t see a problem with that but, usually, the collectors club vouchers are for 4 and 8 coins respectively and must all be used at the same time. In other words, you'd have to submit 4 coins (for a Gold Membership) or 8 coins (for a Platinum Membership).
