Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
  • Play of the CENTURY ! Absolutely AMAZING !

Great play image, but (not that I'm a Jeter fan, because I'm really not), but that play he made in the World Series a few years back, throwing out the runner at home from foul territory between first and home, was IMHO, better imageimage

Degree of difficulty-wise, Buehrle's play was probably 100 times harder. He flipped the ball with his glove, between his legs, without looking! Jeter flipped the ball with his hand, which shortstops almost routinely do at 2nd base. There was really nothing hard about it. It was just unusual, and it was a playoff game.
  • awesome way to start the season!
i think its better than the jeter in play, in terms of difficulty.

The mere fact that we are comparing it to Jeter's play from NINE years ago says it all...

  • IMO the Jeter play was nothing special... Then again I hate the Yankees so.... I do like Jeter though, so it kinda evens out???

I'm not sure how the Buehrle play can be topped.
