1970-71 Topps BB all PSA set and 1986 Fleer BB set FSH

Had trouble with my other posts and I can't edit here for some reason. So, here's what I'm looking to move --
First --
Ok, going to part with my 70-71 Topps basketball complete set. Asking $4300. Below are the details. I can get you pics of any cards you need. I have listed 4 tough sp's on Ebay that go off tomorrow, but put some pretty good prices on them to ensure they don't get "stolen". Now, if I don't have any takers for the complete set, I will consider splitting it up. Would prefer to sell off Ebay to avoid the fees, of course. Would consider delivering if it was somewhat close to avoid shipping and Paypal charges as well. Would really enjoy seeing it stay together and go to a happy home. Please ask any questions!
This set contains all 175 cards plus both variations of the #101 checklist... 176 cards total. Every single card is graded by PSA NM-MT 8 or better and there is not one qualifier in the lot. The set contains 164 - NM-MT 8's, the following cards are graded Mint 9: #30 Hudson, #64 Snyder, #68 Boerwinkle, #77 Hairston, #83 Jones, #126 Tresvant, #133 Smith, #144 Lee, #149 Harris, #165 Haskins, (Not listed on my registry set yet is #146 Chapell). Also #153 Peterson (8.5). The overall GPA is 8.04 and currently ranks #9 on the current finest list in the PSA Set Registry. This is the 2nd complete set with all cards graded 8 or better with no qualifiers that I have ever seen offered. Ezyshooter had the other but broke his up. Although this is a relatively small set, some of these short prints just DO NOT come up for sale. I can honestly say that I have seen fewer than 3 copies of #31 Lucius Allen or #95 Cazzie Russell in this grade for sale on Ebay in the last 5 years. Not to mention the #4 FT% Leaders with a pop of just 14 in 8 and none graded higer. I only know of one other of this card even for sale at this time and it has a price tag of $799 on it!(Mint State) I spent nearly 7 years carefully picking the cards for this set.

1986 Fleer basketball set/no Jordan... think I'm also missing Louis Orr for some reason, but I will verify later. Includes 15 PSA graded cards with no qualifiers.

Walton 8, Wittman 9. The other cards overall average nm - nm/mt. Drexler has a shot at a 9 and not sure why I didn't send in the group sub. -- Asking $275.00 dlvd paypal gift.
