Can someone please help me, is it true that less than 10 of these exist:
1997 Roy Halladay International Refractor PSA 9

    I see that 17/21 graded are 9's...so no. Only one 10.
    Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

    Possibility that quite a few of the 9's were crack and resubs.

    That's true, especially with one 10. I would still err on the side of caution...basically I wouldn't pay as if has pop below 10.

    Are you asking about graded card population, or the total print run of the particular card?

    Bowman didn't SP certain International Refractors, or at least, there's never been any evidence nor claim as to such.
