what does this wax box grade mean. It does not specifically state authentic - unopened.

Did they change their labels or does this designation mean something completely different?

I think that means you have a nice plastic container that surrounds the box that may have been searched and may not have. Perhaps that's a little negative and skeptical but just my two cents.
