I didn't find it right away either! I had to snoop for a bit.
I like the coin, by the way. Anything Manchurian makes my ears stand up.

The date is Republic Year 18 (1929) and the legend on the bottom translates as "East three provinces", which of course are Helungkian, Kirin and Fengtien, which make up the bulk of the territory historically constituting Manchuria.
A very attractive coin in excellent condition.
