Question about EBucks?

EBay bucks are being issued on 4/4/10.

If I make an arrangement with a seller to hit his BIN and pay after the 4th will the EBucks apply for payment on a purchase made prior to issue

Thanks in advance as I'm confused on the whole EBucks thingy!

I think so - I certainly hope so. I'm bidding on a coin that ends tomorrow. I have already contacted the seller to ask if I can delay paying until my Ebay Bucks certificate arrives and he was OK with it. I am pretty sure that your Ebay Bucks balance will appear when you go through the checkout process, at least that's what my cob-webbed brain remembers from the last go-around

I don't see why not. I've been buying things today because of the double bucks so I can get my total pretty high.
