Numismatic Blog

After writing a bunch of articles for the ANA's Your Newsletter feature I decided to start up a coin blog that I have called Numismatic Hub. Basically all of the posts will be written by young numismatists and will be on exciting topics. Every post will be original research articles from a broad numismatic spectrum. I plan on having new posts throughout the week including:

Money Mondays
TPG Tuesdays
Roll Search Wednesday
Supplies Saturday

and an editorial written from a Young Numismatics point of view on Friday.

If anyone wants to check it out you can find it at http://numismatichub.blogspot.com and in a couple of days at www.numismatichub.com and make sure to check back everyday for new orginal, up to date posts written by YN's

Also, you can check back later today at http://numismatichub.blogspot.com for modern day roll searching.

Enjoy

Looks good! You can go to our website and submit a link on our links page. I'll approve it and you should get a few more readers.

Might want to change something though, you wrote

""all aspects of the Numismatic World written entirely by Young Numismatics!""

You mean Young Numismatists right? image

    Good luck with the blog!

No, no, no. Wednesday's are for whining!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!

I looked over your blog on roll-searching and I believe you may be mistaken on this one: "Boxes of half dollars primarily come in $500 or $1000 amounts so searching these coins can be costly." All the boxes I've ever seen are $500 boxes. Bank counting machine bags may come in increments of $1000 if you're lucky enough to talk your friendly teller-manager or whomever into one of those. FWIW...

    PS: Impressive blog. image

Although $1000 boxes does seem like an insane amount, on my past trips to my bank the teller asked if I wanted $500 or $1000 . Keep in mind that this a large bank near New York City if that has anything to do with it. Although I wanted the $1000's in half dollars I opted only for a couple of rolls

Laxmaster92, the $1000 is 2 boxes, that's what the teller most likely was asking you by that. A lot of people pick up 2, even more, per trip.

FYI: the $500 boxes are 26 pounds each.
