You know those aren't modern, nor gold, right?
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I think you hit the nail on the head.
All the printing is ~2mm lower!!!

Good question. But all of times, this is not when PCGS wants to be misprinting labels.
