I have been a long time member of PCGS and now a short time member of PSA, and I just wanted to say to you...THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!!!!

I've had the distinct honor of meeting the 2 of you and your staff in person a few times, (Cosetta always remembers me! image ) and I have spoken to them on the phone. We as collectors are extremely lucky to be apart of something so awesome here at PSA and PCGS that alot of us take it for granted.

The 2 of you have been so kind to me and very friendly and super helpful. Cosetta helped me log on some cards to a set of mine and went out of her way to assist me. She said it was no trouble at all and she was happy to help.

It means alot!!!

    I don't know if you guys have dealt with her, but Kristie Gallant has been ridiculously helpful to me. She's even answered my emails at night and on weekends. A+ to her!
