Does PayPal now charge one to buy? If so that is so cheasy!!

    That's news to me. I doubt they would do that, doesn't make much sense to charge a buyer because a seller sure doesn't like using it. If they charged the buyer, the buyer would have more incentive to send funds via another method, like a money order or check.

    No, I just purchased a coin yesterday, using a credit card through PayPal, and I wasn't charged a fee.
