Sharpie or Ball Point Pen?

This Friday I am going to meet three members of the Buffalo Bandits. The Bandits are Buffalo's indoor lacrosse team. I am meeting John Tavares (possibly the greatest indoor play ever to play along with the Gait brothers and the NHL's John Tavares' uncle), Mark Steenhuis (an electric player) and Ken Montour. I have three lacross balls for each to sign (1 auto per ball). Lacrosse balls are made of hard rubber. I am looking for suggestions on what I should I have the players sign the balls with Sharpie or Ball point pen.

Thanks
andy

    Sharpie or Paint Pen.
    Don't use a ball-point.

    Sharpie....

    Use the fine point.

20 years later the sharpie will still look new.

Man those guys were great! I have not been to a WINGS game in quite some time. Both Gary and Paul really lit up the building when they played here. Several years ago thay had Lacrosse cards but I am not sure who was in the set. You should see if you could find some for them to sign. Man I would love to have two balls signed seperately by Paul and Gary.

You should try to write on them yourself to see which woeks better. Good way to find out if sharpies smear on that surface.

    Best of luck!
