re-holder order question

Putting together a last minute sub on the $4.50 special and was contemplating sending in a reholdering order with a few flip errors as well.

Two questions...
1) When PSA receives a sub of cards that they've mislabled, do they charge you for return shipping on that order??
2) Will they ship back two orders in the same box by request in order to save me some $$?
