    It's not a token--it's a key tag. If you lose a set of keys, the finder can put it in a mail box and the PO will send it to the blood bank who will then return it to you.

    Very neat item by the way. I've seen similar tags by other charitable organizations but I never saw one like this. Nice pick-up.image
