Last week I found a 1918/7 and while looking through a few more I noticed the feathers on this one. Is this common?

Will do, but it's gonna take a bit. Get this, it's my turn to go Grocery Shopping, nothing like wandering around a store that's big as 5 football fields.....I'll warn ya in advance, it's ugly and out of the entire 15lb can somebody thought this buffalo was a cow and branded it....Back in 2 hrs...image

Doesn't look to be the 16.

    Looks like MDD. Strike doubling.

  • The doubling is missing from the other two feathers as seen on a 1916 DDO. i'm in agreement with MDD.

    Thanks for sharing.
