Will current and older PCGS Holdered Coins Will Be Worth More Than New Holdered Coins?

If you have a PCGS holdered coin that has not gone though the Secure Plus fingerprint cycle, will it be worth more than one that has. After all, you have a chance at an upgrade with cracking out an old holdered coin and for those who are the scum of the earth, they can mess with a coin in and older holder and try to subit it for an initial Secure Print fingerprint? Will this make old holdered coins worth more than those in the new Secure Print holder?
