2010 Lincoln shield cent - slightly rotated die?

I picked through a roll of the Lincoln shield cents from Denver. About half had a rotated die (correct term?), about 5-10 degrees, slight but noticeable. Looking at the obverse and then flipping to view the reverse, the bottom of the shield is rotated about 5-10 degrees clockwise. Is this a common thing?
