PSA/DNA fee questions and value vs. JSA

Hi,
I am a card guy. I usually have no interest in autographs but my flea market buddy has a nice mel ott signed index card. The signature has an auction LOA from JSA and I really would like it slabbed. I usually don't buy from friends with the intention to sell but it is a very good price and the signature is an easy 9 with a very good shot at a 10 if graded. I'm starting to look at the fees for autograph grading and slabbing and I am getting a little overwhelmed. Am I right with my math?
Authentication Fee $100
Encapsulation Fee $0
Grading Fee $50
+Shipping
Now, I know that their is currently a crossover special that is 50% off but I won't get it out for another couple weeks. My question is this: Is it worth sending out to PSA or should I just keep the JSA LOA or should I send it to BVG/JSA? I am positive it will grade 9/10 so I think it maybe I might just be best to send it to PSA. Just looking for opinions.
