Sending coins in to a TPG...

I'm finally going to start sending them in. This being the first time, I thought it may be good to ask if there are any common mistakes beginner submitters are prone to make?
I'll start with UHRs, Buffalos, and First Spouse. Wanting to keep the OGP including the capsules, I need to get some type of holder for shipping them. My concern is getting them there without damage, any recommendations?

I know I want the above coins in holders, but some business strike coins (Morgans and Peace Dollars) I'm not sure about; whether it makes financial sense to send them in. My copy stand just came in so I may be able to get decent pics. If I posted pics would anyone be willing to give an opinion if the coin would be worth sending in?
Remember, I'm pullen for ya; we're all in this together.---Red Green---

I send in my Proof coins in the capsules. I know you said you wanted to keep them, but I think it would be easier to replace the capusules than a coin that gets a scratch from popping it out and placing it in the 2x2 mailer.

As far as the morgans and other coins I place them in the required mailers, just not proof coins.

I have had some luck finding mint capsules from the dealers who submitt to the TPG. He can call an order them from time to time.

I just sent in 6 proof coins in the capsules, grades came back in 2 weeks with no problems because of the capsules.
