In general, I would strongly advise against buying coins sight-unseen. The coin in question might look better or worse in person than it does in the images, but it is unimpressive looking for a 66 based on what I can see.
My experience has been that this is one series that PCGS always grades higher than I would. Can't tell from the pic, but I'm sure it falls within their grading standards for Saints. I'm also sure they know a whole lot more than I do when it comes to grading.

That is a bad idea. Even if you and others don't like the looks of it, many other people will pay MS66 money for it, some of them on a sight unseen basis. It will be insulting to the owner and probably harm your relationship. Wait for one that you do like - there are many, many to choose from, as they are not rare.
<< <i>If I had a coin in a 66 holder and you offered me 64 money, the only way I'd take it is if I bought it for MS 62 money. Just think, he might accept. >>
You might sell it for 64 money, even though there are sight unseen bidders at 66 money?
Yup. Take a look at my coin. With a Saint....a well struck Saint....it should look like that girl is coming out of the coin and handing you the olive branch and torch. Her nose should be fully struck.

Mark, some day you might understand the sarcasm, but until we meet you're just going to have to keep wondering about me

I suspected that was the case, but seeing as how the OP had just said "I am thinking to make a offer based on MS64 value" I thought it would be better to try to clarify things for him.
Mark, I am glad that you did clarify, by the way. It's not very nice to lowball someone , especially based off of a photo of the coin. I should be a little more responsible with my posts, but assumed Mat1 might understand the "sarcasm".

Too tough to grade anything from those images, but it looks alright to me. It looks pretty clean as far as contact marks on both sides.
Clearly, you have not consumed enough Kool-Aid.

I keep trying to upload high resolutions pics - but I can't

Heres how to get nice big pictures up on these illustrious forums, so the Geenius Squad can pick them apart....
log onto www.photobucket.com
set up a free account.
once youve done that, you can upload images direct from any picture file on your Komputter.
Youll see the image on the photobucket site after you upload it, there will be a series of Boxes underneath, with urls...
copy the bottom url and after you have composed your message on these learned forums, paste the url.
as if by magic, your image will appear with your post.
But no real bad dings or dangs.
Not my series or cup of tea, but it looks to be well-struck.
My 1924 in an OGH is only a 63.......not as nice, but it makes me wonder if I should re-submit.
