How can I search a PCGS coin?

I am looking to buy a few coins that are all pcgs graded. How can I tell if its a stolen coin, I read semi recently about coins near where I live being stolen but the value of all the coins stolen are far less than what these coins are worth. But I just dont wanna buy stolen coins...
Anything I should look for? I already got all the numbers and I did a search on pcgs and it came up with all the correct info...but now what?
Thanks for any help
Love them busts!
I am Looking to Buy California Tokens too.

  • You can search the Heritage website on the cert numbers to see if the coins are on there and if they are, ensure they are the same coin. Check out the font on the lable and compare to known real slabs.
Save $$$ on many purchases to include EBAY and EBay Stores.

I have no idea on how to find out if the coin(s) you are considering purchasing have been stolen or are legitimate.

Who is the seller? Friend? Acquaintance? Coin Dealer? Pawn shop? Collector?

What area are you from? Small town in Kansas? Big Metropolitain area?

Why would you think the coins could possibly be hot?

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!
