Another Ted Williams Autograph opinion

This 1972 Rangers team card was included in a 72 set that I purchased a few years ago. I didn't notice it right away. Since there is another small signature on the card, I wondered if it might be a genuine signature or just possibly a stamp?. Any thoughts?

Not a stamp but doubt it will pass PSA mostly due to the formation of the T in Ted and the connecting line between his name...while it may be good, those "flaws" as it were might keep it from getting PSA approval.

I think it's more likely an attempt to turn a worthless autographed card into something of value.
