Can anyone identify the date on this coin
China Hupeh 10 Cents, late 1800's to early 1900's
Acquired in the mid-1960's from a coin dealer's foreign coin box.

    The coin has no date. Although it bears the name of the Guangxu emperor, it is not genuine.

    Yes, the coin is undated but these were produced in the early 1900s. I don't know if this is genuine or not. Many were "silver"-coated to be passed off as silver. Could this not be such a specimen? I have a few Chinese coppers from this period with a similar silver wash.
