Anybody else read this? I'm looking forward to the rest of the interview. It certainly seems like there was a rush to justice ... er ,,,, injustice.

I think it would be hard to sit there in court and not speak when you disagree what is being said and it could send you to jail.

Noe left a trail of evidence that Stevie Wonder could have followed.

Agreed. Convicted second degree murderers and serial rapists are probably serving less time than Noe.

A lot of people here in Ohio have been calling the state out on this issue for a while. They turned the situation (in which they ended up making money iirc - even with "closed" auctions with select dealers and bulk lots image ) into an excuse for them to put into effect a coin sales tax.

Since that trial, with all the wall street shenanigans, Noe looks like a relative saint even if you believe everything the prosecutors said.

    Very interesting so far.

But I am reminded that Paul Harvey was famous for uncovering facts related to the topic at hand so that he could proclaim "and now you know the rest of the story!"

I wonder if Coin World will interview the others that were involved in this case.

Did I get it right, please let me know. >>

You missed the part where the state did a closed bid auction with only a select few dealers who were hand selected by the state. Much more money could have been recovered had they offered the coins for sale in a more open way.
