Specials Question?

Fellow forum members,
I am wondering if I can put cards from '64 to present with cards from '56 to '63 special and pay the $5 per card instead of the $4.50? I remember you can always pay for the higher grading service for any card you want. Does this apply to specials? Thanks.

call psa and ask them. i doubt they would have problem with you paying $0.5 more for card if you elect too. i figure your trying to save on the shipping or you dont have enough of one group of cards (either pre 63 or post 64) for the special. if its that you dont want to pay for the extra shipping just make sure you dont end up paying the same in extra grading fees. remember for every two cards from post-64 it will cost you $1. if that group is near 30 cards your paying the extra amount or more (if over 30 cards) that you think you are saving in shipping.

  • Have to be on separate sub forms with separate shipping charges. However, you can include them in the same package. Just note at top of sub form that the order is 1 of 2 or 2 of 2.

So if I want to add say 4 cards from '64-now to a '56-'63 special to make it 50 and pay the extra .50 per card, I have to pay separate shipping for 4 cards? That sounds strange. Why couldn't I just combine them since it would be the same order?
