Old Baseball Glove help needed.

Does anyone know about old baseball gloves. I have these two from my in-laws. The first is my father in-laws when he was a youngster. We estimate the glove to be mid 1940's if it was bought new or could be older if it was his fathers. He does not remember if it was a hand me down or if it was new.

The second is probably a 1960's model glove of Carl Yazstrzemski.

They also have a stoe model Hank Aaron bat in excellent condition.

What kind of value do they have? My mother in law may be setting up a garage sale tomorrow and may want to try and sell them.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob

The 3 finger has some demand, but I cant say for sure what the current value is. (do a search of completed auctions on eBay to see).

I used to buy them up all the time in the 1980s at flea markets and I would sell them at shows. I used to get 2X the $$ for the 3 finger models. It is similar to the huge glove out in left-center at PacBell (or whatever they call that stadium now) in San Francisco.

Hey thanks for the info. I realized just a while ago that it did have only three fingers. I thought maybe a Mordeci Brown model, then I realized that it was his pitching hand that had three fingers and not his fielding hand. Again, thanks for the info. I will check ebay and try the web.
