For sale are 2 Vietnam Veteran Memorial coins. One is Unc the other Proof. No Boxes just the coins in Capsules. They look better in hand than in my scan. On the obverse of the proof at 3:00 is a very light white thin tarnish like line nothing even close to what the scan shows.
