Newly available, here are some PCGS certified Walking Liberty Half Dollars available for sale. Your satisfaction is assured with your purchase.
Half Dollars (under $50 each!):
1941 50c MS64 PCGS - Totally original and plenty of luster. Surfaces are flashy, with a complement of a light shade of golden to reddish toning present on both sides. Good details with very clean fields. -- sold
1945-S 50c MS64 PCGS - Another original near gem. Satiny with some light toning at the pepherials and device edges. Excellently detailed with remarkably clean, unblemished fields. Close to gem as can be. The reverse is virtually untoned. -- sold
1946 50c MS64 PCGS - Completely and utterly blast white. Full of flash with strong details. Noticeably lacking in any significant imperfections or contact marks despite a few very light and subtle wisps. Ideal look for a near gem. -- sold
Half Dollars (the really nice ones):
1938 50c MS65 PCGS - Satiny surfaces that maintain an original, yet clean and lustrous appearance. A soft, subtle shade of goldenish hue is present on the obverse while the reverse is mostly white. Immpeccably detailed with clean, unimpeded features. A date that can be at times a challenge to find a quality example of. -- $329.00
1943-D 50c MS66 PCGS - Virtually blast white with booming luster. Although I wouldn't call this super gem an example that encroaches on a higher grade, this 43-D is well detailed and void of any distractions. The device features are also very pronounced, a result of an excellent mint strike. Housed in an older generation light green label PCGS holder. -- sold
1943-S 50c MS65 PCGS - Blast white and incredibly beautiful. The strike is superb for the date and the open areas are virtually perfect. A better, scarce date that is difficult to find nice in high grades, but this half has all the positive attributes. -- $285.00
1945-S 50c MS65 PCGS - Totally white and as bright as a headlight. About one or two die polish lines are visible on the right field, but otherwise this example is the ideal half dollar in gem quality. -- $109.00.
