Can you tell me how big it really is?

First off, I want to thank everyone helped me with the psa submission form.

I have another questions... I see framed and matted sport's photos(some with autos and some without) on ebay. When someone says something is 16x20, is that the width and length of the frame or the photo's inside of the frame?
Thanks for your help everyone.

well, that would be a question for the seller, but it SHOULD be the dimensions of the photo. That's how photo frames are usually measured/sold.

You may insert your own joke here.
  • Bking, thanks. What also confused me is that when a photo is matted inside a frame, I can't see the corners or edges of the photo so I can't tell 100% whether it's really 16x20. I guess the only way to be 100% sure is for one to take the photo out and measure it themselves. Thanks, I appreciate your help.

    markj111, heh heh.

I'll use the Monty Python version: "That's rather a personal question, don't you think?"
