    Looks like the cello from Fritschcardauctions. Had my eye on that one. Wish you had scored some nice HOF'ers. That series is loaded. Good luck with any grades, and THANKS FOR SHARING! One of my favorite parts of the message boards, from one of my favorite sets.

    Not bad at all considering that cello packs are supposed to be tough on corners from all those years of the tight plastic wearing on the cards. Will be interesting to see the grades. Not sure if any 10's on the cards I looked at, but I think some 9's are possible.

    Excellent quality and nicely centered cards (the first four sets at least). I think you have a shot at a 9 with the Hunter and a couple other 9s, also. Good luck on the grades! It's not often you can even break even on packs like these and I think you did rather nicely even without any superstars.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    Why 34 cards? That seems like an odd number for a pack. I would have thought 30 or 35 cards.
