1856 Gold 1/4 Dollar- opinions?

I bought this raw a year ago, never posted it because it's so hard for me to photograph. Tried again today, still bad photos but hopefully good enough.

I want to send it in to get graded. Do you think this scratch on the obverse would put it in a genuine holder? The lighting in this photo makes it look as bad as it gets.

    Possible... Due to the obv. scratch. Tough to tell from the pics.
    If not, then AU58.

    It'll probably slab. I've seen worse in PCGS slabs.
