I am relinquishing some of my personal collection to pursue other coin intrests, as well as help pay the Property Taxes! Here is a breakdown of what I am offering. I would be most happy if I could sell it all as 1 lot (So much so I would pay shipping) but will sell off as interested once it has had time to be noticed (aka a few days). Check back often as I may slam together deals should it get parted out and depending on what is there, perhaps at a lower cost?? I will entertain offers on anything, but please note, I am going off the 2009 Red Book Values currently and most often, below those values.
I can also e-mail pics to interested parties and if there becomes a need, I will post images in the thread. I offer a 10 day return policy on all coins I sell. If you are not satisified, please e-mail me and I will arrange a plan to make you happy. Thanks for any interest, and I look forward to passing these coins along to add to another collection! Refs upon request as well.
PROOF SETS: 1962(Out of OGP in 2x2's needs a dip), 1963 OGP/clean, 1964 (I have 2 sets, would like to keep 1, you choose. 1 has a nasty penny but an electric rainbow toned nic, the other is clean but no toning), 1968 OGP/flashy!, 1971 OGP/clean, 1972 OGP/clean, 1980 OGP/clean, 1982 OGP/hazy, and finally a 1990 OGP/clean.
Slabbed: PCGS Pf-67 1964 Washington Quarter, NGC Gd-04 1901 Barber Quarter(Don't ask me why), ICG MS-66 Rd 1909 VDB Lincoln cent and finally a PCC Pf-69 1984 Roosie.
Raw Dimes: (Mercs all in 2x2's) 1916 (Monster toned), 16-S, 17-S, 18-S, 20, 23, 26, 26-D, 27, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37-D, 37-S, 38, 39-S, 40-S, 41(BU), 42-S(BU), 43(AU), 44(MS), 44-S(AU) and 45(AU). Most of the early dates are in G-VG condition with some into the F-15 range. Pricing them at a small margin over melt.
(Roosies) 70, 72, 73, 74, 76, 77 and 78 (All raw proofs)
Quarters: (SLQ's): 1925 (1), 1926 (3), 1927 (4), 1928 (1), 1928-D (1), 1928-S (1), 1929 (1) and a 1929-D (1). Number behind date denotes quantity of each date.
(Washington): 51(Unc), 51-D(Unc), 53(XF), 56-D(BU Slider), 57(AU), 58(AU), 60(Unc), 61 (Proof), 62-D(Unc), 62 (Proof) and finally a 64(Unc).
Halves: 52-D(Unc), 54-S(XF), 56(AU), 61-D(MS w/ rim toning) and a 63 Proof.
Silver: Combined face value of $32.25 (90%) and 1 roll of 40% Halves plus some misc. Breakdown as follows:
100 dimes (31 nicer carded Mercs), 45 mixed Barber, SLQ and Washington Quarters, 22 mixed Walker, Franklin and Kennedy Halves, 20 40% Kennedy Halves, 1 war nic., 1 1909 silver Canadian 5 cent piece, 2 silver Washington Commem Halves (1982 I believe) 1 Proof and 1 MS in OGP, 1962 P and D Mint Set, the P dime is massivly toned!!, 1963 Canadian PL set in OGP, a "Last of the Silver Coinage set all 1964 denoms from 1 cent to silver Half) and finally an encased Buffalo Nickle.
I would like to sell as 1 lot as I have mentioned and am looking to get $1100. 2009 RB Value came out to $1154 (With the exception of the 1909 VDB ICG and the PCC dime, which I threw in with no value association). I figured the penny at $250.00 as I have realistically seen them sell for that price on eBay, sometimes higher. I will pay the shipping if going to 1 address, but will be forced to charge actual USPS shipping costs if broken up. If you care to shoot an offer, please do so, after all it's only an offer. I only ask that you keep your end if I accept and pay what you offered (Been burned there in the past).
Please take a moment to look over the list again and do your own price checking. And for those that cannot afford to buy all at once, please check back as it may start to be picked apart and sold in smaller lots. I know these are not the greatest coins for sale here on the Boards, but they have been cared for in my personal collection, some for many many years and are all collector coins with some modern "crap" (As affectionatly refered to here) mixed in.
Please remember the return policy and don't be shy after a few days to send in an offer on what you want. I could also entertain a "Lay-a-way" plan for Buyers if there is an interest.
Thanks for taking some time to check out my offerings and God Bless our Troops!!
