Group sub update - RETURN SHIPPING - STILL GOT SOME CARDS

Had a rather hectic week and got behind on the group sub orders. All cards from the 1st order have been shipped and a few from the 2nd batch. The 3rd and 4th ones were attempted to be delivered yesterday but I was not home. Got them today.
If you are in the 5th order that popped, there is a hold on it and I have no idea why. I received the email right at PSA closing time and did not have time to call them. Will find out Monday morning.
If your cards have been delivered to me and you have already paid for return shipping, your cards will be shipped Monday morning.
One more thing, if you have sent me a PM in the last few days, I will respond once all cards are packaged and ready to go.

<< <i>Bill. Do you wear that green beanie while you're sorting thru your cards? just curious. >>
If that was me in my avatar, I would stick my head in the toilet and flush it a bunch of times.

Just wanted to publically thank him again for taking on this venture and handling everything perfectly!
<< <i>Any word about the holdup on Group 5? >>
Yep. Someone decided to call PSA and ask Joe to review some of the cards. It was not me and I do not know who it was.

You would have thought someone would have let you known, afterall it is your submission as far as PSA is concerned.

Here's hoping there wasn't a mass purchase of white-tighties recently in LA to replace some old ones

Been trying to get rid of some junk commons. I would like to thank the USPS for that 70 pound limit on flat rate boxes.
Pretty sorry of someone to take it upon themselves to hold up everyone's cards like that.

Sue me.
<< <i>First off, I wasn't the "jackweed" that held up the order... that being said, I can understand why someone would want their cards reviewed before being sent back to save the double shipping charges again. What I can't understand is having no consideration for the other members whose cards are now being held hostage. My suggestion to the person who did this is to think of others before thinking about yourself next time! I do hope it is worth your while having them reviewed and hope you get some better grades. If you do, let us know right away, cause I want to call in and have them review mine before they come back too! I would prefer to be called "friggin jackmonkey"! Just to let you know, my kids can't eat now because I'm waiting for the cards to come back so I can sell them to buy some Ramen noodles!
That's my take too. With all the complaints about under-grading, NO ONE suggested calling for a review that I can recall. I suspect if they had, everyone would have gone along. Too bad no one got the chance to decide. Well, one person apparently did.
No, how they managed to call in on someones else's submission is an interesting question.

Me neither. I posted my disappointment in the group #5 thread, but I just can't muster enough outrage to care that much about 1983 Topps commons.
I also agree it might of kicked group 6 back.... and yes I'm in group 6

I think with all the complaining from the boards about the grades PSA probably thought it best to review the sub so joe would be informed.
With all the business that Bill was able to drum up in a couple of days it's in PSA's best interest to keep the grades as accurate as possible to keep their customers happy.
I know it's going to be tough!
If these had been sent to Joe for review, he would have been all day because I would have wanted my endless 9's reviewed.
Shipping payment just sent - $10.00 for 10 cards.

Thank you again.

We had one mix up from Group 3. Cards was packaged in numerical order based on the flip number. At least one card was sent to the wrong person because cards were not kept in order by PSA based on the original sub form.
