1904 O Morgan VAM help

I can't seem to find any mention of the pitting/gouges around IGWT on reverse.

Nothing else seems remarkable - Can anyone help?

The "sloppiness" around IGWT is never cataloged, as it's present on the hub and usually polished off, but often not. Date looks normal, perhaps slightly slanted upward. Mintmark looks normal. Check for doubled profile, ear, top of cap, left and right wreath parts.

This looks like to be a 1904 VAM-1 with the "9" and a possible VAM-13 with a high "O." To my knowledge I don't know of any VAM cracks or die breaks for this date and mint. Check VAMworld for other pics.
